How to find the perfect DJ to play at your wedding reception
Jun 19, 2014 | Lisa Ng

How can I find a good DJ for my wedding?

You can find a good DJ by asking friends or by keeping a lookout at other weddings, corporate events or parties. The other thing you can do is look up a DJ through an accredited National DJ Association like the Canadian Professional Disc Jockey Association. You can check here if he or she is legit, carries licensed music and conforms to a code of ethics.

After that, make sure you click with the personality of the person who is DJ-ing for you. Do not go out and hire the cheapest DJ you find on Craigslist. You sometimes get what you pay for and your wedding day is not the time to take that kind of risk.
