SkyHigh Fitness is the ONLY fitness company in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) to offer condo and in-home personal weight loss and fitness programs exclusively for women designed by women!

SkyHigh Fitness was founded in 2006 to benefit those women who want to work out, but don’t like the idea of working out in a big commercial gym.

Our goal is to show these women how to incorporate a regular workout routine using all the resources they have available to them; whether it’s a fully equipped condominium gym or some free weights and a mat in their living room.  No matter what equipment we have, we’re going to make sure these women learn how to enjoy SkyHigh levels of health, confidence, and happiness.


I know how tough it can be to lose weight and get back into shape. Especially, when you have to go back to a gym by yourself - boring!

“Total Transformation” 24 Session Program (3/wk) - $75/session*

  • This program is intended for people who are serious about achieving their fitness goals and who are eager to get there as soon as possible. Three weekly sessions with one of our trainers will deliver the best results in the shortest amount of time… you’ll also learn far more with this program and be more likely to maintain your fitness and nutrition program on your own afterwards.

 “Tune-Up” 12 Session Program (2/wk) - $85/session*

  • Two sessions a week with me will not only get you started and up to speed faster, but you’ll also see better results and sooner!

 "Do It Yourself" 6 Session Program (1/wk) - $90/session*

  • This program is what I like to call “Slow + Steady” progress because with this program you meet with one of our trainers just once per week.  It’s a slow start and many people find it’s not enough to help them get into a routine and see results and/or it’s too slow of a start. Best suited for those who have the motivation to get to the gym on their own, however they need guidance on what to do once they’re there.

 "Partner UP!" Program (Combine with any of the above programs)

  • Partner sessions can be very fun and motivating… some people actually perform better with a partner. Workout with a friend for nearly half the cost!

 "Group UP!" Program (NEW!)

  • Gather 4 of your friends together for some group training sessions.
    What better way to keep yourself motivated than to get a great workout with your friends for less than half the costof one-on-one sessions. Our Group Fitness Programs are convenient, motivating, affordable, and are guaranteed to get you in shape fast!
